Activity updates: Click here for updates. Directions: From Covington LA, take State highway 21 East for about 4.5 miles from stoplight at Covington fire station. Turn right onto State highway 59 toward Abita Springs and go about 1/2 miles (Look for our U-Pick sign on the left). Turn left just before the fire station (gravel road). Ridemore Ranch is about one quarter mile on the right. Click here for a map and directions. We use natural practices, but are not seeking organic certification. Payment: Cash, Check, Visa/MasterCard. We are a small farm located on the North Shore, providing an enjoyable place to get away to and enjoy the fun of picking your own fresh berries and veggies. Bring the kids and enjoy the season. We provide pasture boarding on our berry farm for a few horses that we care for personally. At present there are five paddocks of one acre each on our berry farm property, along with a barn with wash rack and tack room. There are trails to ride on and a healthy, friendly atmosphere for you and you horse.
